Unsympathetic ripoffs dishonest bullies

I recently filed bankruptcy in October. My payments were up to date as of November. I did not receive anything from Chrysler during the bankruptcy.By law we are protected during this time. We were asked if we were going to keep the car and we stated we were going to.in December we signed a reaffirmation of debt. January thru March go by and no billing statements or phone calls were made to us during this time which striked us odd. We couldn't even make payments online normally like we have done before. Our bankruptcy was discharged february 28th. I contacted our lawyer to find out what was going on because we didn't hear anything. We wanted to pay and restart our lives debt free...

On march 20th our lawyer contacted Chrysler and they said they wanted Dec, Jan, Feb, payments of $1280.10 sent to a different address provided than our billing statements we paid before. Chrysler stated they were waiting for the bankruptcy to discharge and they were going to contact us. THEY NEVER DID! We contacted them. They also stated they were not going to take the automobile. On March 23rd they took the vechicle in the middle of the night. No warning was giving to us. We've tried several times to contact Chrysler to work out an agreement but they either want full payout or now $2046.80 for March's payment now too. This is a classic case of david versus goliath. How are the little people suppose to get on track? 4 years of making payments on this car and $15,000 dollars later we have nothing to show. If we knew this was going to happen we would have surrended the car during bankruptcy and not take the repo! Can anyone help us...
