Horrible Customer Service, threating, Dishonest, FRAUDULENT ripoff Dallas

I have had a vechial financed from Drive for 3 1/2 years now. This has been hands down the worse experience of my life. It is worse than being RAPPED.

Drive Customer Service Reps and Managers are RUDE, lying, dishonest, theating group I have ever dealt with. They will stop at nothing to tell you what you want to hear, get a payment from you and say you are current, then turn around 10 minutes later and someone else call you saying you have not made a payment at are and are STILL past due.

They send out promotions to have you pay a month in advance and they wil match or give you a discount, then when you make the extra payment they tell you no it when to late fees you don't even know you had!!! You ask to speak to a Supervisor or Account Manager the either hang up, keep you on hold for a long period of time or give you someone who really is not a Manager at all.

You call to make payment arragements, they are not suppose to call you again unless you did not keep your agreement. YEAH RIGHT, we get SEVERAL calls a day. At work, home, on our cell phones threating we better call back, EVEN thought the payment has already been made. DRIVE should be shut down! They harrass and talk to customers like they are hungery. They most likely treat their dogs better than their customers who they are making money off of. This is suppose to be a service to help people re-establish their credit NOT hurt it even more!

Contact your Better Business Bureaus and complain, File reports to the States Attorneys offices in your area, Contact the media in your area, Tell your family and freinds how horrable DRIVE is, Complain to who ever will listen!!! Find more websites that has complains about DRVIE and tell you story with them too.
