Ripoff Damaged Car and Horrible to work with

We picked out, test drove and decided to purchase a new car late on a Friday night. After the test drive, we went inside to do the paperwork. AFTER the paperwork was completed, we went out to get our new vehicle and go home... It was then the salesman said "we had a little accident." That LITTLE accident was a shattered inside door panel on the driver side. The salesman preceded to tell us how the "seat belt" got slammed in the door, which caused the panel to break. They basically shoved us out the door, and told us to come back the next day and they would fix it.

The next day, Saturday, we showed up at the dealership. They replaced the panel. As we drove the car later that day we realized the horrible noises, and saw the body damage. We called the dealership, they acted as if it were no big deal.

Long story short: it took them THREE times to get the damage complete. The "seat belt" caused body damage, glass damage, and alignment damage... To make matters worse, we consulted on the door. The conclusion: the car was put into reverse with the door open, FORCING the door to slam into the front of the car... THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Every time I called, they were irritated, they acted angry, questioned everything... I will never purchase, recommend or talk any positives about this place! They are liars, cheats, and do not care about anything after the papers are singed. What ever happened to customer service... This place doesn't know the meaning!!! Terrible! Don't buy from this place!
