VERY RUDE, Did NOT want to cooperate, Did NOT listen and hung up on me when I was talking!

This all came about when our son defaulted on his student loan. We are the cosigners and so it fell on usto make the payments. This person named Victoria Weinstadt was very rude and did not want to help us solve this matter. She would not work with us and said to me on the phone that she "was not going to deal with 'You People' any more and I am putting your account into litigation" and hung up on me when I was trying to talk to her. When my husband called she did and said the same thing. We were trying to resolve this issue. I was tring to make payment arrangements and she just hung up on me and did not give me a chance to take care of the matter. We are very upset and do not know what to do at this point or who to call.
