Chuck Fitter in the Service Department is INCOMPETENT!

My car needed service so I was unlucky enough to have the Chuck Fitter from the Service Department assist me. He has absolutely no clue with regards to BMWs. Make sure he keeps away from your auto as he will destroy it. A complete waist of time and money.
