Ripoff wrong doing lied left stranded

I financed a car it was a 2005 chevy malibu, about three weeks ago. I got a call on monday march 6th. It was about the car that it needed to be inspected. I live a hour a way ok. I told them that i would meet them at the tucson mall which is located on oracle road. We met thier. They took my car and they ask me how long i would be at the mall, i told them about two hours. They left and about 45 minutes i get a call telling me i couldn't have the car back because the trammission was bad, i ask them if i was going to get a loaner they told me no, i ask them how was i suppose to get home.

They told me someone from thier company would take me home. To understand this i already had a sign contact with them, i made a few calls and to find the real truth was they couldn't find no one to finance me. I only had the car for 3 weeks they deal with 20 banks. They say anyone can get finance with bad credit no credit, etc... I proably screwed myself because i left my contracts in the car, i did get a ride get a ride home from a friend, i want something done i also had my kids with me at the time, i was left in the city with no car. They lied in way they wanted the car they did'nt have to.
