Start Mart (Starters & Alternators)
Ripped off & severely provoked

Took my car in on Sunday. Was told the price would be the same as a van I had in 1 week prior which was $116.00 and was told it would be ready Mon. Afternoon at the latest because they might have to order the part. I recieved a ph. Call saying it was done at about 2:30 Mon afternoon. Approx. 10 min later I received another phone call saying they would have to order another part and they could have it ready Wed. Afternoon but it would be ok to drive until then. My girlfriend drove the car home and approx 2 hrs later I got in it to go to a night class I was just starting that night. The car died before I got there and I never made my class. I called Start Mart and told them I would bring the car back Wed or Thurs. My girlfriend drove the car after I fully charged the battery and she never made it. I was already at Start Mart when she called and said she was broke down on 38th & Yakima. I went in to Start Mart and talked to a person in charge that I had never seen before. I asked him and one of the mechanics with him if they had a way to get the vehicle to them. The mechanic started saying it wasn't their responsibility because I didn't purchase any tow Ins. I told him that had nothing to do with this situation, and he said the f% it doesn't and told me to get the f% out. Some not so nice words were exchanged from both of us after that. I headed for my van with him on my tail telling me he was going to kick my ass numerous times. I was in my van driving away until he got in front of my vehicle. I stopped and told him to get away from my vehicle. Not wanting to agged on any further, I shut my door and drove off. I got down the road and called and the other person working. He told me to come get a battery and he would repair my car and assured me the mechanic there would not touch it. I got the battery and brought the car back. The person in charge told me he would keep the mechanic away from me. My girlfriend and I got the car back to them approx. 20 min. After getting the battery installed myself and when I pulled up, there were four people there. They all came out and the mechanic immediately started provoking me again as well as his friends saying I better not leave my car there and that he was the only mechanic that worked there and he would definately take care of my car. The shouting started again but now I had three of the people there provoking me. The only one that didn't provoke me was the one in charge. He actually was not doing the provoking but did not do a lot to stop the mechanic and his two buddies from provoking me. After being told by the mechanic to get the f% off the lot, we did just that for fear that if I left my car there, it would be in worse shape than it already was. I have left numerous messages for Rob, the manager to call me. I have gotten no response and assume they have no intention of calling me back. A person should know what kind of employees work at Start Mart. I myself own a business and myself nor my employees would treat a customer in this fashion!
