They do believe in paying if their driver is at fault ripoff New Burgh

I was involved in an accident where All State's client hit my car in the rear. I made a claim for the loss and their rep came to my house and declared my car a total loss. The All States rep. Declined my claim saying it was not their clients fault. He was mean, and a racist. As I am not an American born. He was not willing to entertain my request.

I ended up going to the small claims court and suing the guy who hit my car. The Judge gave the judgement in my favor. If you ever get hit by an ALL State client MAKE SURE TO GET POLICE REPORT. Otherwise, you are not going to get a penny from ALL State.
