Ripoff unsafe, damaged auto

In september of 05 i purchased a 1995 volvo from west coast wholesale used cars. I was insured that this car was in tiptop condition, one owner local car dealer mantained, no accidents mechanical and safety checked.
Over the next few days i experienced brake failure transmission failure, doors opening while driving due to
accidents that the car had been in and was not repaired properly after numerous complaints i was told that the problems would be taken care of but when the transmission was supposed to be replaced it infact got worse than before. Nothing was done about the brakes or the doors or the lights.

I even asked to return the car for 1000$ less than i payed for it. The answer to this was i will sell you another car with twice the milage on it and a few years older for another 500$ and a big laugh before the phone was hung up. I paid 5000$ for this car and spent another 1000$on inspections gas, estimates and parts. Missed kemo appointments and got stranded a couple of times. Killed the alternator on my truck trying to start this piece of crap. Took them to small claims court in the same city and was awarded 750$. Havent figured that one out yet. 750$ wont fix a singlt problem on the car. And to top that off richard is refusing to pay that.
