Ripoff fraud deceptive

Bought an 02 Dodge Caravan. Wife loved the car so I bought it. The day we looked @ the van the eng. Light was on and the ac didn't work. We got a "due bill" saying it woud be fixed. The eng. Light was diagnosed 4 days later (after sitting in their shop 4 days) as a loose fuel cap. The "mechanic" reset the computer and all was fine. THE NEXT DAY after sitting over night the light came back on. I called the shop and they sait it would be 30 days before they could look at it!!! 30 days!!! And they didn't fix the ac either.

Well here I am 34 days after the purchase and the shop sait there was a faulty sensor and they are NOT fixing the ac since it has be 30 days. That is not my fault, they are the ones that made me wait so long. So I go back in and talk to ANDREW COOPER. This clown starts yelling, cussing and throws a stapler out of pure anger about me confronting him about this. And coincidently the guy that sold the van to us (he was the half owner) has left the business. I say look, all I want is the car fixed as promised. Well, aparently this makes him MAD!!! He asks me to leave and threatens to call the police. I said go for it. He then calls me every name in the book. Cusses me out, my kids were present for this too. 6 and 3 years old. The van sits there now in their shop. I told him to keep the thing, I will lose 800.00 on the deal but who cares, this guy is nuts. He says the bank will repo it, I say I will fight it all the way to court. I have in writing that they will make the repairs. I fought KIA motors on a lemon they sold me and won, I can surely take this small time car swindler. Oh yeah, while I was there a man care in with a Ford Expedition he had bought and only had 3 days, his TRANSMISSION had gone out in only 3 days!!!
