Hertz cover up, removed all evidence against them Ripoff

I rented from hertz in my city in April of 05 my reservation was for a malibu when i got there it was not there they tried to offer me a different car then told me they thought i would have more room in a van (05 ford freestar) well they gave it to me for 7.00 a day hmmmnn (should have knew better) got inside it was dirty but i was ready to go i was late.

My children and i started on our trip to north carolina and it was nice at first then the tires blew out in the back cause us to crash we were on a wet narrow road and we flipped over three times and hit a tree, two cildren were injured really bad the other two minor injuries.

Hertz didn't care about us at all we did everything contacted them, answered questions even had insurance on the vehicle they removed the vehicle before it could be inspected by our lawyers they tired to say i was at fault but the witness and plice report says different now i have a 16 month old who is disable, a daughter who is scarred in her face for life and no case, no way to pay off the doctor bills.

But we will make it hertz will reap what they sew because there is a higher calling for everyone
