I was in need of a new car and since I didn't have any credit I couldn't get anyone to finance me except for J D Byrider. It was my first car that I bought and being a woman I didn't understand exactly what I was getting myself into. I signed and purchased my new car to only find out later that I am paying $12,000 for a car that isn't even worth $4,000. I have paid $7,000 on it and because the fact I was going to be 5 days late, again 5 days late, they said they were going to come get it. I think that this company is the worst company I have ever heard of and that they should not be allowed to be in business, and screw everybody over that walks in their door. It's a wonder how any of them there have a job and I question where they find the people that work there. The man I spoke with was very rude and if I were to give anyone advice it would be to never ever get a car from J D Byrider, it would be a better decision to take the bus.
