Ripoff fraudulent used sales

We purchsed a used GMC truck from Fletch's. At the time of picking up the vehicle the key ring had an automatic starter on it. The salesman tried the automatic start it did not work. The automatic start was not in the paperwork. He concluded that they had gotten keyrings confused. Because it was not in the paperwork we agreed. Later we found there was a poorly wired and disfuntional automatic starter, not on any paperwork so it was not their problem. We have had continual electical problems. The truck has left me stranded and been unreliable. Because it was a few months after warranty they would not take responsiblity for the repair, even though the electrical problems were due to remote starter. My husband found hanging and disconnected wiring under the truck and dash that should have been found and corrected in their certified used GMC checklist.

First "COMPLIMENTARY" oil change at 3,000 miles they discovered an oil leak, wanted us to schedule an apppointment. (NOT complimentary). I took it to my local mechanic Yes there was and oil leak. I called the dealership and they would not return calls or work with us to solve the problems.

A year later I received a message on my answering machine that they had fired the salesman for ehtics. I was very excited after being stranded two times that week. I called, she said they were willing to make it right. We scheduled an appointment to see the woman who called us. They were not interested in fixing the truck. They wanted to sell us a different vehicle at full market price. The trade in would have depreciateted our turck $5,000 in one year's time. My husband and I were not happy with their offer.

Some of the things they said to us were: "I'm not losing any money on this deal." "They wouldn't find bad wiring on their GMC used certified check because they can't check every nut and bolt." "Even though we would have to finance more, the payments would be the same", (just more of them).

We feel they were just using a tatic to resell junk. Maybe it is common pratice to recall someone who has logged complaints under the guise of an unethical sales person they have fired.in knowing they would get a return call. They have a sale from one person two years in a row. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them EVER AGAIN. WE also strongly suggest that you don't either.
