Ripoff

I purchased a car from this place in 3/04 and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The car was misrepresented from the ad in the autotrader (said still under manufactures warranty and surprise, it was not) To make a long story short, this ripoff dealer sold me a car for $16,000 that was in a accident that was never reported, which is why CarFax didn't show it. Between my extended warranty company and my bank account, more than $11,000 has gone into this car and it's been in the shop for weeks at a time. I cannot get the headlights to work more than a couple months at time either! The warranty company has refused the latest batch of repairs because it says the bad, ill fitting parts were preexisting (aren't all parts preexisting) I have pictures of the wrong parts installed on the car since before I purchased the car and kept the parts for further legal action.in what universeis it okay to pay double for a car and have it be legal? There has to be a way to nail these evil dealers!

The car had 41k miles on it when I bought it and I have always felt that it drove like it had much more than that. It now has 68k on it and I drive it much less frequently in fear of yet another break down which seem to occur every other month!
