COMPANY IS A BIG ripoff!

I purchased this warranty in jan. I now need to use the warranty due to my transmission slipping. The number has been disconnected and i see that others have had problems with the company.

Does anyone have any info on how to contact someone to get my money back or should i just chalk it down to a lesson that was learned?
