Ripoff, doesn't deliver what he promises, will not ansure phone calls ripoff

Do not buy from him. He is a rip off. I ordered last Oct. 15th 2004.

After receiving a Fax of an invoice and checking his references I sent him the money $614.00. I received part of my order in the first week. That is when it all went bad. He started lieing that it was in another package but never gave me a tracking number. Then they were on back order. Then he stopped answering my phone calls.

I have filled complaints with the BBB, MA. Attorney Generals office, And am now pursuing a Small Claims case. The Attorney Generals Office has Mediated the case. [edit] of [edit] was unwilling to work with them and me. Claiming he felt he gave me what he had promised. A big rip off Not something I agreed with.

He still owes me 2 DT Airwolf started @$149 each and 15 relays @$1.9 each

Pass the word to as many as you can. If I never see my money or starters I hope he will not sell product to anyone again
