Ripoff

I financed my car with WFS 4 years ago. I was late on a few payments but they always received my payment when promised to them. My car will be paid off in less than a year and as of now I am 2 weeks late on the payment.

Anyway the phone was ringing 2 days ago at my brother-in -laws business where I happened to be at the time. I would answer the phone and they would hang up. This happened 4 times so I did *69 each time and it was WFS calling and it made me upset.

So I called them back to see what the problem was and they said it showed in their computer no one had called that number. *69 don't give false numbers. These guys were lying through their teeth to me and I knew it. I feel like they are stalking me to see where I am at. I had never gave them that number as a contact number so how else would they know where I was at that time.

I almost have my car paid off and I feel like they are trying anything to do to repo it because the value is much higher than what I owe. It is a nissan altima. But come on I am only 2 weeks late on my payment. When I was behind in the past they would call my home as early as 6:00 in the morning and continue to call all day everyday disturbing my family.

Is this harrassment and stalking? I think so. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this matter? They have entremely high interest rates. I also saw on my credit report about 6 months ago where they had checked it. Is this legal? I will tell everyone NEVER finance with WFS financial.
