I can empathize with every listing for Drive Financial. They continue to call and pretend to be Peace Officers, which I thought was against the law to impersonate.

If I had the money I would try to go after them. If anyone does eventually start a lawsuit please post it on here so we all can get involved. The bad thing about my situation is I'm only been 1 month behind, then immediatly caught up.

My husband told me there is a law that they cannot repo a vehicle unless you are 4 months behind. They cannot call and harass you until you are 3 months behind. Where are all the attorneys that just want to help people that are being abused, that do not have alot of funds?
