Callers allegedly pretending to be peace officers

I can empathize with every listing for Drive Financial. They continue to call and pretend to be peace officers, which I thought it was against the law to impersonate.

If I had the money, I would try to go after them. If anyone does eventually start a lawsuit, please post it on here so we can all get involved. The bad thing about my situation is that I was only 1 month behind and then immediately caught up.

My husband told me there is a law that they cannot repo a vehicle unless you are 4 months behind. They cannot call and harass you until you are 3 months behind. Where are all the attorneys who just want to help people who are being abused and do not have a lot of funds?
