Ripoff scam con artists

I had a friend tow my car to this Gibralter transmission place one morning at 9 am. My friend, who is a mechanic, assured me that it was simply a matter of fixing the cable that had slipped off, causing the transmission not to respond. They told me to call them in an hour and they could tell me the staus of the repair. I called at 1030, and they hadent even looked at the car yet. Then I called back at noon, same story.

I went there on my lunch at 1230pm. They said the guy who looked at it went on break. I called back at 1pm. And they said they hadent look at my car yet. I called back at 2pm, and they had teh same story. They had my car for 5 hours and they said they hadent looked at it. Yet when I went there at 1230, the hood was open and someone had clearly looked at it.

I called back at 230 and the told me I would have to leave it overnight. What baloney. Now I knew they wanted to pad the bill. They were definetly gonna make a big deal out of this. My friend and I went back and they all kids of excuses why they had to keep it overnight. We towed it to my friends house and he fixed it in 35 minutes. No charge. These people suck in this GIBRALTER TRANSMISSION PLACE. Dont go there. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF FOR SURE!
