Ripoff Wrong part sent and they will not replace it with the right one

In June of '05 I ordered a wheel for my Mustang. The customer service person I ordered it from, Scott B., seemed pretty courteous and professional at the time. He had me look at a picture of the part before they shipped it, so that I could confirm that it was the right one. When the part arrived in the mail (it took over 6 weeks to arrive), it was the wrong one. I called him back and left a message. He didn't return my call. I repeated this four more times, an he never returned my call.

After a month attempting to get ahold of him, I gave up and called their customer service center. The lady I spoke with there said she would get the correct wheel shipped out to me. After waiting two more months, I called them back again. This time, they said that "someone dropped the ball" and that they would send the correct part immediately. This was months ago.
I called the original salesperson today, and he actually answered the phone. I told him who I was and that I wanted to get this resolved. He told me to hold on for a second, then hung up on me. I immediately tried to call customer service, but nobody would answer, and there is no way to leave a message.

If you order a part from these folks, GOOD LUCK to you.
