Willie ramos, shop manager tim horrible mechannics!

I took my vehicle to tuffy for a simple oil change. We have taken our cars there in the past and one of my cars was up for an oil change so i took it back to tuffy. No one has touched this car since the last oil change. Tuffy did it. They get my car in the shop and tell me it needs a new oil fill cap. That is the cap you take off to put oil into the engine. I told them that they are the last ones to touch the car because they changed the oil last time and it is a newer car, model. I t i told them im not paying for it and the shop manager Tim says that dont mean we broke it. I got a little heated. I know its a simple cheap fix but its the principal of good business... STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! The shop owner Willie Ramos is known for being a very shady person.
