Ripoff, $8,500 Vehicle fails to run for even a year, Low Book won't fix

They refuse to fix the defects without charging a fortune. Still, their financing charges 29% apr. The car has had multiple mechanical problems. I have tried repairing them at my own cost. Still, I can't keep up with the problems and I can't even drive my car to work. For almost $9,000, I would expect a damn good vehicle.instead, I can't even drive this $8,500 car to work.
