Ripoff, rude, unprofessional, harassing, threatening

I purchased a vehicle that was financed through Triad Financial. When I ran into some financial difficulties I was trying to make ends meet and still trying to comply with my contract. As soon as my account with Triad would lapse I would start getting harassing phone calls not only at home but also at work, friends, and family's homes. I would get threating meesages left on my answering machine. I would also get threating messages left with my roommate. The collectors would state that if I didn't make a payment in full that they would send someone to come get the car.

When my roommate stated to them that I was not home they told her that they would send someone to follow me to get my car. When they saw that they were getting no where by talking to my roommate they starting asking her questions about how she knew me and if she knew if I was working and they asked her if she knew anything about my financial situation.

When she refused to answer them they then call my work and started to harass the employees there about my where abouts and if I was still employed there. I had repeatedly told Triad that they were not allowed to contact me at work because that was grounds for my termination.

Even after telling them this they still repeatedly called my work and when they were able to get ahold me there after I told them again not to call they would continue to try to talk to me. I on serveral occasions had to hang up on them to end the call.

I finally got so sick and tired of the harassment that I finally decided to end my contract and voluntarily turn my vehicle in to be re-poed.
