Ripoff Paid for a service and cannot access the site

I was looking for a way to find a cheap vehicle when I came across the cheapcarfinder website. The fee was 35 dollars for a one year membership to access all fascits of the site. I thought that this was a pretty good deal to be able to bid on a vehicle from my house and then pick up later. That was until I paid for it and then tried to access my membership.

I would go to member login and it would send me to one of those so called, security sites like "microsoft login passport", but it will not let you past this "restrictedonly.com website that apparently does not exist or just cannot access from a home computer. Login bars only go halfway then stop. I cannot get a responce from the tech support, the "bank" that processed my payment or the website people at all.

I wrote to them several times and with no responce. Especially, when I asked for my money back.
