What a rip-off

Hi. I'm another customer of Mitsubishi. Back in 2001 my dad and I purchased a 2002 Lancer a very popular and expensive car. I didn't know that day walking into Mitsubishi would be the greatest mistake I had ever made.

Right now my dad and I are being sued from Mitsubishi because in the middle part of 2002 I tried trading in the vehicle and nobody would get me because they said the vehicle was to high in price and since I was in a lease agreement I was going to have alot of trouble getting out of it. I thought just letting the vehicle go would be my only way out.

Nobody told me I was leasing my vehicle I was under the impression that I was purchasing my vehicle the sales people have a good way of telling there customers this is your new payment this is how long you will have it and here are your keys, but nothing about signing a lease agreement.

So right now we have to appear in court and pay court fees, lawyer fees, and interest fees after almost three years later this is ridiculous! This is why they should explain to there customers about a lease agreement. The other day I found out I'm not alone a co-worker of mine the same thing happened to her. I think we should not be responsible for all this.

Don't car shop at Mitsubishi!
