Hello all I just wanted to take the time to file this report because I too was smoked by this company. We called and went through all of the preauthorization mumbo jumbo and "comfirmed" that all parts were covered under the contract and as soon as we submitted the claim for payment they did the old 360 and denied me flat. They authorized initial repairs and then when my mechanic submitted repair bills it must have been high than they wanted and are backing out with the reason saying they didnt authorized any further repairs and im stuck with a 2300.00 dollar bill. I do have a complaint in process with the insurance commisioner of iowa and am prepared to go to court for this as well. Anyone have any advice?
