Ripoff, take advantage of hard working individuals who may be down on there luck

CNAC and JD BYRIDER take advantage of people who may be down on there luck, these people need to be stopped I cannot believe that they can keep doing this and get away with it.

My husband and I are hard working people my husband drives semi and I clean homes both hard jobs. Are credit was not the best because of situations beyond are control my husband lost his job when I was 2 months pregnent and I was admitted in the hospital for a month during my pregnancy many medical bills.

We needed a car and heard of JD BYRIDER when your credit is not the best and you need a car everything they tell you sounds good. We should have known right from the beginning when they throw tons of papers at you to sign and tell you your being taped that something was not right if we read all them papers we would have been there for a week. You would have to be an attorney to really know what you were signing oh and lets not forget the 20 references.

We bought a 1996 pontiac Grand Am paid close to 11,000 dollars for it. It has been 4 yrs ago and still owe 3,400. The car has so many problems you feel like taking it back to there lot and telling them to keep it. Your payments are twice as high as you would pay anywhere else and if your a day late the harrassment is horrible more then anyone should have to go threw. They will call you and talk to you like you are mentally handicapped.

These people need to be stopped this is so unfair just look at all the complaints that should tell you something, this is not normal. Please stay away from JD BYRIDER walk if you have to. Thanks
