Ripoff auto repair business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us

My vehicle's air conditioner needed to be repaired. I told the man what was wrong, asked that it be fixed, and charged up. Upon picking up said vehicle, I was assured the air was up and running. After a few minutes it became obvious the system had not been repaired. I went back and was told that they tested the system, but didn't repair it. I was told the compressor was bad. I knew for a fact this was not true. I demanded my 30 dollars back since the work I wanted wasn't performed. I was informed by the inept technician/manager that I was an idiot and was not to set foot on their property ever again. As if I would!
Believe me, I told everyone at work what transpired, and they all agreed to not patronize this low-brow outfit ever again.
