Ripoff

I have given them a deposit well over $12,000 for products for my vehicle and yet I have not recieve any of it since January. They also told me they were giving me the best price for car speakers which they have sold it to me for $1,300 for each (I ordered four). Several months past and still no status of any products I purchased therefore I decided to go to another store just to pick up some wires and just questioned on some speakers and they told me those speakers cost approx. $650.00. I quickly called several more places and that price was the going price for those speakers. I then contacted the salesperson at Big Boy Toys and they told me "just go to the police then". I need help. They have over $12,000 of mine and yet I can't seem to get it back. Please help.
