Quality Auto Ripoff Takeover promise to find people to take over your car & lease payments

To sum it up, Nationwide Asset Management approached me about a lease I was trying to get out of. They stated they would take my car and find somebody else to drive it (and make the payments) - but the car would still be in my name. They succeeded in doing this from September until about April then all the sudden the payments stopped being made.

The company never returns phone calls, messages, US mail, fax or email. It seems as if they've ceased to exist. Since April, I've been able to find (via internet chat rooms) 6 other people that fell victim to this scam. Most of us have no idea where our cars are. The police won't report them stolen because it's a "civil" matter. It appears as though David Boggs (owner) has gotten away with stealing about 20 cars.

I've already filed a complaint with the AZ Attourney General, who has sent me back a letter stating that they are filing a lawsuit against this company for violating the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act. Apparently, the state seeks to stop said company from engaging in illegal practices, and to get refunds for consumers.

I'm now looking to file a class action law suit, as there are about 20 cars out there that are lost. I can only assume the total value will exceed a few million dollars.
