Ripoff

On July 13 th 2005 I went in to purchase a car from this dealership. Trading in a Nissian Sentra. My Mother was going to finace the car She scored a &)$. They faxed a privcy form to her in Califorina. I was quated an interest rate of 7.5%. When the documents where received the car was going to coast over 33,000 for a used car with 32,000 miles the interest rate was listed at 14.5 %. My Mother refused to sign the dicuments we spoke with Lucy in Finance and indicated we would try a different lender. We Contacted a credit union which they quated us ata 5.3 % interest rate. But the only way they would procesx this is opening a checking account. My daughter spoke with Lucy shae said it was fine just need to get this done. Well on the 31st of Aug. She requested the car back but prior to that my daughter ask her where was the Nissian they did not have it. Regardless we returned the car on the 31st. They gave us back the Nissian but not in the condition it was given to them. We smelled burned rubber and the air is not working.

In addition on the 1st of Sept. My daughter receives a knock on the door froma repo man. At no point did we show any sign of keeping the car and maintained in contact with the dealership. My daughter sufferes from chronic seizures and can be induced by stress. When my daughgter spoke with the GM Howard Herman he was unprofessonal and mad it sound like it was our fault. If they would of stayed with what they quated as an interest rate none of this would of happened. Bill Heard has some real winners working for them and they don't know how to speak the truth. This to me is the biggest ripe off. They need to be investigated and some action needs to be addressed to the owners.
