Why are these guys still in business?

Last winter, I slid my car into a curb and ruined a tire and rim. I called Butch's for a tow and repair despite their " less than favorable " status with the Faculty and other Graduate Students at Iowa State.

After waiting approx. 15 minutes, I was met by a " Gentleman " named, " J.R." who promptly informed me that I was a " F — G Idiot " who didn't know how to drive. After listening to his continued mutterings under his breath and out loud, I decided that I did not want this jerk to touch my car.

Unfortunately, by that time, the car was already hooked up and ready to be towed.

Rather than deal with his continued abuse, I opted to take a cab to the garage where I gave him my name and address and nothing more.

The next day, I had another tow - truck haul the car away as I did not want them to change the tire or do anything else to my car.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way about this fool. Keep up the good work with your website!
