I pay this insurance company (USAA) on time every month and when I needed them they let me down AGAIN.

My husband car stopped on him at 7:30 pm. We called USAA. They told us they will only tow the car to the nearest garage. I reminded them that was 7:30 pm and shops are closed. I was told just leave me car anyway and call the shop in the morning, but what shop everything is closed.

I informed this person we are military and are not from here why would I leave my car with any one and do not know who I am leaving it with. They use to have employees with a little sense. Now I realize I pay them tooooo much money a money to be talked to the way I was.
I was told anything over 5 miles is my cost, no matter what even if your destination is with the same city, I live 7 miles away.

This insurance company has gotten too big for its customers. I did inform the company rep, I would tell EVERYONE how USAA is nothing but a RIP - OFF. I will be looking into switching to another company, where customers do not have to be out of additional money, and I have towing on my policy. Boooo to USAA.
