Ripoff, poor workmenship

U-haul ripoff, Had a hitch put on, exhaust rattles, system was pushed in to complet installation. Was told when I picked it up, the rattle was not alimited, do so on your own and we will pay for it. Went to 4 places, was told to take it back to installer, last place gave me a quote, took same down to installer, they took my phone number. A week later I called they told me manager will not be in.
