Just Breaks

I took my truck in to JUST BREAKS due to the breaks started squeaking a couple of days ago and figured I needed the breaks changed and they have a add of 98.00. When I returned, Dwayne told me it was majorly dammaged and I needed to spend 970.00 to have everthing repaird. I decided at that time that it was a lot of money to fix breaks and wanted to take my car to another place to get a second opinion. Dwayne insisted that all of this needs to be done and if not he will do just the shoes and pads. I did not want him to do anything because I wanted to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. He did not care what I wanted he said he is going to change the shoes and pads whether I wanted to or not, because he is not going to spend 2hours of his time on checking the car and he needs to get paid for at least the change of shoes and pads. I wanted to pay him for the inspection of the problem but refuesed to have him do anything to my car because of the way he was treating me and demanded for him to return my car as I bought it in and charge me for the inspection. He then told me he can't even put it together because when he desmantled it everthing broke apart and is in pieces. Then after seeing that I was defenitly not going to let him do anything to my car he told me I had to pay 65.00 per hour for 2 hours for the inspeccion. I denied to pay anything until I spoke to a supervisor first and verify their rates. To make a long story short he refused to give me back my car as it was and I had to call a police officer out to get it back. I ended up taking my car to Midas and instead of 970.00 Just Breaks wanted to charge me, I paid 550.00 to have everything fixed.
