Ripoff, put down the wrong mileage on the title and loan papers

When we purchased our van they sold us the extended warrenty in 3 months the air stopped working when I got the paper work out I noticed they understated the mileage, I called them and he said I thought you knew we did that. I also have the oil change sticker that was on the van when we got it tell me why would you have the oil changed at 20,000 miles instead of 3,000. The warrenty was ready to run out by understating the miles they were also able to charge us 1,500 more for the van plus 1,400 for thr warrenty and you guess it they didn't want to make it right. And still haven't I'm stuck with this van that is in my eyes junk or I let the bank take it and hurt my credit what do you do???
