Ripoff, liars, losers, no one needs a loan this bad! Don't use them if you don't want your friends and relatives called

This company has been a nightmare since we were first financed. I don't recommend Americredit to anyone; no matter how bad you need a vehicle please don't ever get a loan with these people.in order to obtain our loan we had to give a list of friends or relatives as references we were told no one on this list would be called. What a huge lie.

Our loan does not have a grace period (have you ever heard of such a thing?) From the day the loan is due you receive three calls a day, even on Sundays. If you run into financial problems God help you. Even if you explain this to them every time they call and give them a date of when you can pay, they still call. Currently I made arrangements with a collection agent to make two payments, she phoned me at work where I have asked several times not to be called. They pretend they won't call, but they call anyway.

I didn't get mad I spoke with her anyway and told her I would phone her on Friday. Well Friday came and she called again. Well this time I hung up on her. I didn't get off early enough to make the payments that day so I called Saturday morning and made both payments. At the time I didn't realize that she had called my brother from the reference list (you know the one they say they won't call) and asked him to get a message to us. We were told that no one on that list would be called, but after we received the loan we were told no one on the list would be called unless they couldn't locate us. Well we've been living in the same house for the past 6 years and I have been with the same employer for longer than that.

This company doesn't keep promises and when you fall on hard times they want to embarrass you into making a payment by calling your friends and relatives.
