Ripoff supposed to have free oil changes for as long as you own the vehicle and you get two cards to present at the time of the oil, but they kept my cards and won't return them in spite of two phones calls to please mail them to me

They refuse to return the "cards" they sent me in the mail for my free oil changes which are supposed to be for as long as I own my Kia. They did not give them back when I took it for the free oil change and told me I could "pick them up later" HA! They can't find them so they are going to mail them! Yea right! I have called back twice and still no cards and they will not honor my free oil changes without them.
