Service department ripoffs, lies, and dangerous habits

My wife and I bought a Sonata brand new at Red McComb in 2001. It is totaled now after 5 trips to the shop where she complained about transmission issues. On June 20 this car spun violently for no reason in the highway smashing into a retaining wall at 60 MPH.
Red McComb Superior Pontiac naturally has no clue why this would happen. They have no intention of investigating it nor pulling the codes from the car. Thats understandable, they may find what I already know. The work was horrible and the product is a sub-standard.
Today my daughters elantra that was bought used has brakes totally worn out and wheel cylinders leaking. 1100 miles ago while still on warranty Red McComb Superior Pontiac did her 60,000 mile check. No mention of brakes or wheel cylinders. How convenient! Now I get to pay for them.
Red, hang your head in shame! You have lost your way! You may be rich but you have no honor. Fire somebody and get back on track before you kill somebody. You and your foul business practices have brought shame on yourself and your once respected family and business.
