Overcharges and Scams, Ripoff!

I purchased Nissan Pathfinder from North Texas Nissan (Tom Agnes was also my finance guy). North Texas Nissan overcharged us at the least $1000, it might be more, the contract and the sales order are completely different and the dealership can not explain the discrepancy.

Also, we were told that we were purchasing this Pathfinder on a 60 month purchase plan, come to find out it is a "residual loan with a ballon payment" or otherwise know as a lease. We have gone to the dealership to get the contract fixed or our money back which they refuse.

We were told we would be reimbursed the money we were overcharged, but to date have not seen the money.
I have also run into 2 other people who have bought at North Texas Nissan since I purchased my Pathfinder and similar things were done to them.
