I am 8 and half months pregnant. I had a car with major problems that i wanted to get rid of in order to keep my newborn safe. I decided to buy a new car. I have bad credit so i was forced to go to a small private dealer. I traded in my car in order to have a down payment that was enough to get me into a new car.

The car i chose was a 99 galant i drove it a couple blokcs and it seemed to be fine. The salesman promised me that this car was good especially for my newborn. I trusted him and he had all of my savings $2,300.00. On my way home i start to notice the car overheat. I took it back to him and he said he was sorry that he would fix it.

He promised to fix the car as long as i paid for the parts and he'd pay for the mechanic now i thought that wasnt right but since i didnt know to well what was going on i agreed. I take the car home then the a/c went out on me. I took it back to him but he really didnt do anything to it because when i drove it home after picking it up it was still messed up.

Now everyday there is something wrong with the car. I'd like to know how this is legal for someone to sell you a car with problems. Especially to someone who is bringing a chid into this world. Up until this day ive been trying to get this guy to fix my car but he doesnt care. Ive taken the car to him over 6 times and nothing gets done

I asked to trade the car for another one but he refused. Im not asking for a newer car all i was aksing for was a safe car this car isnt safe. I even asked him to give me and older car and i offered to keep the same payments but he refused. He wants more money $2000 which i dont have or a co-signer which i dont have. I gave him all i had. Now im left with nothing except a bad car.
