Liars, Fraudulent, Thieves RIPOFF

On May 10 on my way to work. Eddie Blevins employee of Champion Trucking Company Purposely ran a stop sign knowing I was in front of him, and smashed in my rear passenger door.

Upon arrival of the police Mr. Blevins reported 3 different stories to the police as to what actually happened. Until He finally blamed me for the accident. Despite the fact that upon there arrival his company truck was half way in my lane.

By law clearly states that any driver at a stop sign has to yield to all oncoming traffic. He first told the police officer that a van that was in front of me turned onto the street he was turning off of and he did not see me. Shortly after his supervisor arrived and he started changing his story to I pulled into the right lane and hit him as he was pulling out. Yet the damage is to the back rear passenger door of my car. Yet still with that lie i still had right of way.

So then he actually slipped up and said that the van turned he looked and saw me and then stopped his truck, knowing I had damage to my car. It is my opinion the driver hit me while he was under the influence of either drugs or alcohol due to his behavior during and after the accident. Both him and his company have both refused to cover the damage done to my car and furthermore have told me to get a lawyer and threatened to force me to pay for his bumper damage.
