Ripoff, damaged vehicle and refused to pay for it

I was in Collinsville, Il on vacation and was stuck in mud. Fastlane was called by my Insurance company, car was towed, however during the towing process I told the driver the dash lights came on he had nothing to say so I told him to un hook car. I returned to Kansas City the following day and made a appt. With the dealer for a week later, dealer told me that towing was responsable. I then contacted towing company, towing company told me to have all info faxed that was done, then tow company refused payment.
