Patrick Cadillac
Ripoff, used my car while I was out of town, Didn't repair what they had it for

I dropped my car off at Patrick Cadillac with a full tank of gas on my way to the airport. I was going to be out of town for about 6 days. I wanted them to take care of a few MINOR problems under warrenty.

Upon returning home, I checked my voice mails and found that Patrick Cadillac "Couldn't get everything done" and wanted me to leave the car another day or two. My car is my business so I couldn't leave it. I had to make another appointment for the remaining repairs.

Upon picking up my vehicle, I found that a "rap" station was playing extremely loud on the radio. (I'm 45 years old and don't like rap.) I also noticed that the dealer had put OVER 185 miles on my car AND used an entire tank of gas.

They said that it was just a "TEST DRIVE), But the items I wanted fixed didn't need to be "TESTED" on the road especially 185 miles worth! They had no reason to use my car, and no reason to not finnish on time.

I wrote a 3 page letter outlining everything to the dealships owner and never recieved a note, a phone call, or apology of any kind. I will NEVER deal with Patrick Cadillac again, and I tell everyone I meet about my experience
