Servicing ripoff, liers, over charge off fees, misapplied, 20 calls a day

We got our loan through them in Feb. 2003 since that numerous calls have been made to us late or not. They have told us we have no insurance numerous times BIG LIE! That ALL of our payments have been late. Not the case at all.

And they are obviously trained to say pay us today or we will reposses your vehicle. What a joke! And yet over two years and numerous ignorant reps later we still have our vehicle. Simply because we talk to the right people.

We have caused numerous reps to be repremanded because of the way they speak to either of us. But yet it makes no difference. I am sorry that we can not help everyone who has had problems with them.

Just remember do not go to their level of threats. And if they say we want your vehicle and hang up on you call the execs in the company and complain NEVER COMPLAIN TO A MANAGER THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU
