Ripoff paid for 4 Tires online from Iraq company took my money never provided the tires

I'm in Baghdad, Iraq; 26 Mar 05, I ordered a set of tires from Tirepackage.com, aka United Web Sales. They were a set of Pro-Comp 33X12.50R17 all terrain tires. I paid $605.97 for the tires and the money was taken out of my account. The tires have never been received and I have not received a refund.

I have sent multiple e-mails to the company, the only e-mail I received was a bogus tracking number for someone else, the trucking company was Old Dominion Freight. The individual that sent the e-mail from the company was Derrin in customer service. The company in its e-mail states I should of already received the tires.

I contacted the trucking company, Old Dominion has received nothing from Tire package.com or United web Sales Inc, for my name or my address.

I have been ripped off.
