Express Auto Parts
Ripoff, fraudulent website, scammed my Gift Certificate

Cars & Transport

I ordered from these bums on March 02 using a Gift Certificates.com gift certificate for $100.00 which I changed to a expressautoparts.com gift certificate so I could order from them. Order came to $186.42 and I gave them my Visa card for the balance of 86.42.

So far the card hasn't been charged but I'm out the G.C. I've recieved at least two of their emails stating " Dear Customer, Please be advised that due to manufacturer's back order ect, ect your order will not ship out for 3 to 6 days. Seems to be the standard procedure with these people. Once I complained and they cancelled my order, gave me a "NEW" G. C number and I had to reorder. Lot's of good a new gift certificate "number" does me.

I believe this company is using a money floating scheme. Keep people waiting and they use the peoples payment in the meantime. I filed an electronic complaint to the Attorney General of New York State for what that's worth. They don't return emails. Don't have a phone that anyone answers. Same old story others here are having. These bums need to be stopped before others are taken.
