I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and paid them cash for my down payment, the checks I written to them were not suppoesed to be cashed, they were suppose to give them back to me, but failed to do so. They went ahead and processed my checks, and now am overdrawn in my bank account. I just want the money they owe me, that I have incured for being overdrawn. They have given me nothing but a run around, I spoke to several different people from the dealership and no one has yet to correct this situaion. The people I spoke with were very unprofessional, and certainly of no help, I filed complaints with the national consumer ageny, and the BBB. Mabey now they will respond to my phone call.
