Ripoff he spent all my money and lied to us for 5 years

Five years ago I took my 1955 chev pickup to Willie B. And he suppose to restore it, do body shop and paint and I paid him $2500 and he never done it since now. I kept calling him and see if he finish but he never finished and he spend all my money for else and lied to us for 5 years. What will I do?
