I went to their lot to purchase a vehicle where i was greeted by a nasty salesman by the name of ale. I told him the price range i was looking for and if he could find me something, well he said yes. Now being though im about to give this man my business and money, i want to make sure that this company is in good standing and legit.

So i asked him how long has this company been in business and are they a member of the better business bureau, he told me that he is not going to give that information out and that i have to do the research myself. If it was a dealership like dodge, ford, etc they would have no problem telling the customer that information.

So what do this car lot have to hide? Beware don't by anything from this lot, there nasty until you give them business and money then they wanna kiss your butt. They are even nasty on the phone. They talk to you on speaker phone which is not professional at all and when you ask them to pick it up they say they dont have the phone right now. They don't deserve to be in business, show some respect. That's probably why they have such a small lot cause they dont have enough money for big lots like dodge, ford, etc. Learn some customer service skills and maybe you'll grow and earn more business. I will spread the word around to the hold ft. Washington, oxon hill, temple hills, area.
